What data we process

The contact form on yakasi.app asks for three things: name, email address and message.

We use them only to reply to you: the message is forwarded by email to our contact address (hola@yakasi.app) through an email-sending provider, and is not stored in any database on the site.

Voice in the app

Yakasi Riddles recognises speech on the device itself: listening only starts if the phone confirms on-device recognition support for the requested language.

There is no fallback that sends voice to a server. The app never stores or transmits audio, transcripts or answers, and none of it is used to train models.

Music and Apple Music (Yakasi Music)

Yakasi Music does not play the music itself: playback happens on Apple Music, using the account and subscription you already have there.

That playback is governed by Apple Music’s own terms of use and privacy policy, separate from ours. We do not control or know what data Apple Music processes to play the music.

Accounts and children

Playing needs no account or profile. We do not create child profiles or collect personal data from the children who play.

We also follow Apple’s (App Store) and Google’s (Google Play) guidelines for apps aimed at children in how the app is designed.

Advertising and data sharing

We show no advertising and do not share your data, or your family’s, with third parties for commercial purposes.

Cloudflare as our processor

This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which acts as our processor and generates technical logs of every request (such as the IP address) for security and operational reasons.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, an aggregate, cookie-free analytics service with no personal identifiers, so it needs no consent banner.

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a script that runs in your browser to tell people apart from automated programs, usually without showing you any visual challenge.

Optional Google Analytics

Separately from Cloudflare’s aggregate, cookie-free analytics, we may use Google Analytics 4 when you explicitly accept it. Google is the provider, and we use it to understand in aggregate how people find and use this website.

Google Analytics may use analytics cookies only after your acceptance. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time through the preferences link in the footer; after withdrawal we stop sending new measurements and remove known Google Analytics cookies where possible.

When optional Google Analytics 4 is active, property data is retained for a maximum of 14 months. We do not use this analytics for advertising, advertising personalisation or user profiling.
